We like to think that you will always find us reliable and good value and in return we ask that you let us know promptly about any problems and where there are none , afford us prompt and full payment. Accordingly, we would ask you to note and comply with the following

Cause for Dissatisfaction

Whatever the nature or cause we would ask that you raise it immediately with our appropriate manager and before you take away your vehicle or part. Where this is not possible, please contact us immediately upon discovering any problem so that we have a chance to investigate and remedy the situation while it is still fresh in everybody's mind and all the information is to hand.

Vehicle Servicing , repair or modification

At the time of collection or delivery of a vehicle an itemised invoice will be provided. Please satisfy yourself that the invoice is correct and if you have any doubts please ask us for clarification. Full payment , including VAT at the prevailing rate, is due by credit or debit card before the vehicle can be driven away. In the case of Trade Buyers , a credit facility may be made available , by prior arrangement.

Parts supply 

 All parts prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate and the addition of postage charges unless collected at our premises or a van delivery has been agreed in advance. Full payment is due by credit or debit card at the time of collection or dispatch unless a credit facility exists. All parts supplied remain the property of Strathearn Engineering until paid for in full.

Please note that you have the right to return a part within 7 days of receipt in return for a full refund provided that the part was not a special order (please check when ordering), it has not been fitted and it is still in a saleable condition upon receipt by us.

Information about you

We primarily collect only the information that enables us to contact you , fulfill your orders , undertake the work you request , process your payments and maintain your Trade account (if applicable). Wherever possible we will also retain your vehicle details to allow us to price work and plan servicing.
